Refund policy

At MORGENFREUDE, we aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns remain free of charge through reimbursement after successful return.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below carefully.

First, contact our customer service at support@morgenfreude.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear pictures of the product you wish to return. Returns can only be approved after we have reviewed the pictures.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped to our designated warehouse address, which will be provided by our support team. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Worn, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.

Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment upfront.

After shipping the return, submit a copy or photo of the shipping invoice or receipt to our customer service team. This invoice is required for reimbursement of the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it complies with our return policy, we will process your refund. The refund will include the product price and the reimbursed return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are non refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

MORGENFREUDE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or that are sent without prior approval.

Customers are responsible for the safe return of the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Custom made or personalized items can only be returned if they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

For exchanges, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order separately.

For orders above £100, a transaction fee of 2 percent charged by the payment processor will be deducted from the refund.
