- Delivery Time: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to arrive. This timeframe allows us to consolidate orders and ship directly from our suppliers, passing on the savings to you.
- Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over £15. For orders under this amount, a flat rate shipping fee of £4.90 will be applied. This approach ensures transparency in our pricing and shipping process.
Order and Shipping Confirmations
- Order Confirmation: Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
